
Ingredients
- 1 1-ounce scoop vanilla protein powder,
- 1 teaspoon-size piece fresh ginger
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- ½ cup store bought chopped frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 ¼ cups unsweetened plant-based milk or water.
- 1 in turmeric
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender.
- Process at high speed until smooth, adding more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.

SUBSTITUTION TIP: Mango can be substituted for pineapple and tastes just as delicious.
