Ingredients

  • 1 1-ounce scoop vanilla protein powder,
  • 1 teaspoon-size piece fresh ginger
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • ½ cup store bought chopped frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ¼ cups unsweetened plant-based milk or water.
  • 1 in turmeric

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender.
  • Process at high speed until smooth, adding more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.

Notes

SUBSTITUTION TIP: Mango can be substituted for pineapple and tastes just as delicious.
STORAGE TIP: Does not store well and is best enjoyed immediately or in a few hours.
