Ingredients

  • Ingredients: 1 1-ounce scoop of protein powder,
  • 1 teaspoon-size piece fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon-size piece fresh turmeric
  • 1 cup frozen spinach ½ cup frozen blueberries,
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1 ¼ cup liquid unsweetened plant-based milk or water.

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender.
  • Process at high speed until smooth, adding more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.

Notes

NUTRITION TIP: Use soy milk as the liquid to increase protein content.
STORAGE TIP: Does not store well and is best enjoyed immediately or within a few hours.
