Ingredients

  • 1 1-ounce scoop vanilla protein powder,
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon-size piece fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon-size fresh turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 ¼ cups unsweetened plant-based milk.

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender.
  • Process at high speed until smooth, adding more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.

Notes

NUTRITION TIP: Omit the pumpkin puree if you want to keep the smoothie low on carbs.
STORAGE TIP: Does not store well and is best enjoyed immediately or within a few hours.
