Using okra seeds new way old recipe

- 1 tbsp Oil + Mustard + Methi
- 2 tbsp Tamarind pulp
- 2 tbsp Sambar powder
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 tbsp Powdered Jaggery
In Gingelly oil ( use regular cooking oil if you dont have gingelly) fry mustard and fenugreek seeds
Add these seeds ( You can add onions, Okras,Drumstick, Capsicum)
Add 2 cups water and tamarind paste and a 2 tbsp jaggery
Boil or pressure cook in a small cooker. Vatra means concentrated
Add a tsp of Rice flour mixture with water to thicken
