Ingredients
- Ingredients: 1 1-ounce scoop of protein powder,
- 1 teaspoon-size piece fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon-size piece fresh turmeric
- 1 cup frozen spinach ½ cup frozen blueberries,
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 ¼ cup liquid unsweetened plant-based milk or water.
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender.
- Process at high speed until smooth, adding more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.
